Room Available Hendon Central

Hello I am Luana,

Because of work outside of the country I will not be able to be in London, Therefore I am subletting my lovely room in Hendon Central.
here is Some more information about the flat:
Room:
- 630 pound + 45,25 council tax
- Bills are around 100 pound
- Wifi included

Flat:
- 3 lovely female housemates
- We are all artists (Dancer, Singer, Actress)
- One of my Housemates has a cat
- We have no living room, but have great chats in the kitchen

Location:
- Zone 3 on northern line
- 2 min walking to underground station Hendon Central
- Bus stops in front
- Tesco and Sainsbury's are in the street
- There is a Gym 1 min walking
- Brent Cross Mall is 15 min walking away

We are open to creatives as well as people working a full time job. We would appreciate someone who likes animals. We take turns cleaning common areas of the house and have a rota.
We are very chilled, as well as the landlord.
The most important qualities are that you are clean and respectful.
