I’m moving out of my lovely 2-bed flat in Hendon at the end of April and am looking for a wonderful girl to take over my room.

The flat is incredibly spacious, featuring:

Large living/dining area: Plenty of room to relax or host a quiet dinner.

Highly functional kitchen: Well-equipped and comfortable.

Freshly refurbished bathroom: Bright, white, and spotlessly clean.

The Flatmate
You’ll be sharing with an Interior Designer who loves jazz and fashion. She is incredibly neat and tidy, and appreciates a calm, quiet home environment. She also has a lovely senior dog, so being a genuine dog lover (and not allergic!) is a must.

The Location & Connectivity
The area is peaceful but exceptionally well-connected:
- 7-min walk to Hendon Central (Northern Line).
- 5-min walk to Hendon Station (Thameslink).
- 20 mins to Hampstead / 40 mins to King’s Cross & St Pancras.

Amenitiesin the area: Gym and essentials within 5 mins.
Shopping: 15-min walk to Brent Cross (John Lewis and premium brands).

The Practical Bits

Rent: £1,000 pcm (excluding bills).
Total: Approx. £1,250 pcm (including all bills/taxes).
Agency: Referencing and credit checks required.

Requirement: The agency looks for a combined net income of £4,400 per month (total for both tenants, after tax).

Logistics: Rent is due on the 17th of each month.

About You
We’re looking for a professional girl who is easygoing and, most importantly, neat and tidy. Since the flat is so well-maintained, we want someone who takes pride in keeping the shared spaces clean.
