You’d be sharing with just one other girl - she’s honestly a lovely flatmate:

-enjoys baking and travelling
-keeps the place clean and peaceful

The flat is simple but really comfortable and has everything you need:

-2 separate bedrooms (no living room)
-small kitchen + bathroom
-your own separate entrance to the flat
-extra small room you can use as storage or workspace

-double bedroom
-built in wardrobe
-can be furnished (bed + desk) or unfurnished

Location is super convenient:

-2 min walk to Hendon Central station
-buses to central London just around the corner
-Tesco Express, Sainsbury’s, pharmacy & post office all 1 min away

💷 Rent: £675 + bills (split)

A little bonus - he landlord has a coffee shop nearby and is genuinely very kind and helpful, which has made living here really easy.
