Double room to rent in NW Hendon Central

We’re looking for a flatmate, as one of us is moving out.

There’s a shared living room and kitchen, as well as a patio to which your bedroom has direct access! The room is in a quiet, clean and friendly flat.

We’re looking for a full time professional to take the room and join our tenancy from end of April.

The location is very convenient as the Hendon Central Underground Station (Northern Line) is only a 15-minute stroll away, providing easy access to the city. The nearest bus stop (240, 183, 326, 125, 143) is just 1 minute away.

For groceries, a 5-minute walk will take you to the nearest Tesco supermarket, while a 2-minute walk leads you to the M&S/BP Gas Station for any last-minute essentials.

The rent is £705. The monthly bills are not included in the rent and total to about £100 (includes wi-fi, electricity and council tax). The water bill is paid biyearly and is not included in this amount.
