Double room in a flat above shops/Watford Way

Double room in an oldish cosy flat above shops in Hendon Central.

1-2mins walk from the tube, zone 3 (Northern line), 15mins from Camden, 25mins Leicester Sq or Old Street.

Lots of handy shops nearby, great Turkish shop downstairs opened 24hours, Tesco around the corner, Brent Cross shopping mall walking distance. Middlesex University 12 min walk.

The double comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, large desk. Sunny room, but the carpet is old and this room needs a dehumidifier now and then in cold wet autumn and winter months due to 3 external walls (we have the dehumidifier) or leaving the door from the room opened when it rains a lot, for air circulation and mold prevention. This means the room is not suitable for someone working from home.

No living room, but at least a balcony.

Who we`re looking for- wishing to find a mature reliable and responsible flatmate with common sense and respect for other people`s space. Clean as you go is a must as well as contributing to the cleaning of the bathroom, kitchen and hallway monthly. Also this is not a party flat but rather a quiet household of 3 people from central Europe which are slowly but surely getting elderly :D.

Cat lover is a must, as we have two adorable male neutered cats- temporary help with cat sitting when one of us travels and the other one is not available, would be appreciated, present from abroad promised.

Rent doesn`t include electricity and gas which get split between all existing current flatmates and is currently 40 pounds monthly each, but it might need to be reviewed next month after submitting meter readings before 4th flatmate moves out of London.
