We are looking for a friendly and considerate flat mates to share a modern, fully furnished flat in Hendon Central.

The flat is in zone 3. on Northern line and 2 minutes walk to the Hendon Central tube station and only 15 minutes to Central London. The flat is near buses, inc night buses, gym, restaurants, bars etc.
We are about 10 minutes walk Brent Cross shopping center.

The room is large, modern, wooden flooring and FF furnished, with a large bed, wardrobe, table and chair etc. Kitchen has WM, FF, cooker, toaster, etc together with some seating area.
Some bills included are council tax, internet, water and service charge.

Gas and electric bills are shared and come about 30 per month.
We are looking for a friendly flat mate and someone who values their space for a MINIMUM for 6 months.
