Room
This is a fabulous room. You will be hard pushed to find a more lovely, comfortable, clean and big size double. Recently redecorated. Bright, clean and with lots of sun. Larger than average with easy to clean laminate flooring. Fully furnished with a double wardrobe and a chest of drawers. I have a spare double wardrobe if required. The mattress is brand new and I am providing brand new pillows and a set of bedding.

I am providing a desk and Exec. chair. Theres connectivity for a TV and it is wired for Sky

We are looking for a young FEMALE working professional. We are really easy going all female house. We are tidy, professionals and we would like to share with another like-minded, friendly, bubbly, female working professional.
We have Bar B's in the garden, go to gigs and bars in London.... basically, we all get along well together. The current people have been together for over a year.

We are also right next to Hendon Park. Its a great place to go running or jogging and play tennis and football.

Price of each room is £ 720 per calendar month for a long let. Deposit is £ 720.00

Bills
Gas, electric, water, Council tax, unlimited broadband are included in the rent.

Not included are consumables and Cleaner fees. We have a cleaner for common parts, kitchen, toilets bathrooms hall and stairs once every two weeks.

Commuting:

Into London …..TUBE - The house is 5 mins walk from Hendon Central tube station. You can walk through Hendon Park if you wish which is very pleasant but slightly longer.... by a minute. (BTW - Hendon Park has 4 tennis courts which you can rent/book if you are into tennis)

To give you an idea It takes approx. 15 mins to Euston and 25 mins to Charing Cross/Moorgate on the Northern line.

BUSES to Central London – the bus stop is 2 mins walk from the house and it takes approx. 30 mins to Oxford Circus/Street. There are other buses for all different parts of London which you can get from Brent Cross Shopping Centre bus terminal – which is also 2 mins walk from the house.

OUT of London …..Motorways

M1 – 2 mins (by car of course)

M11 – 15 to 30 mins depending on the time of day, around the North Circular which is 1 min from the house.

M4/M40 - 15 to 30 mins depending on the time of day, again around the north circular but in opposite direction from above.

M25 – 15 to 30 mins – again depending on the time of day (as above)

North Circular Road – 1 min

Shopping, dining and drinking and general partying

Brent Cross Shopping Centre is two minutes’ walk away and pretty much most of the shops from the West End are there. There’s also Tesco and Sainsbury’s (5mins) Asda, Morrisons, Aldi, LIDL and Wing Yip Chinese Supermarket with a really great Chinese Restaurant for Yum Yum Dim Sum and a Chinese fast food Cafe … the best Chinese in North London (10 mins,) Morrisons (10 mins). There are also Eastern European shops and supermarkets close by, where you can get some great bargains.

Bars and Restaurants within walking distance – There are some fantastic pubs, bars, and clubs with late drinking licenses and if you want traditional pubs with good British bitter, they are about 10/15 mins. walk away. We also have a variety of restaurants: a really great Indonesian/Malaysian, two great Sushi bars, Turkish, Thai two outstanding Indian restaurants. (most of the restaurants are 5 mins walk away) and the two restaurants in Wing Yip is about 10 mins.

Gym with pool is next to Hendon Central tube station and is 5 mins walk away.

Traditional rose garden at the front and a huge, beautiful back garden with roses and hydrangeas and other botanical wonders. You can lie on the lawn and top up your tan. We even have a walnut tree. Our pear tree is the most popular in our street. It gives very old fashioned big, juicy delicious pears every year. We also have loads of birds and squirrels visiting us. We have a large patio, ideal for late summer BBQ’s and chillin’.

Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine with dryer, gas hob, electric oven, 3 fridges/freezers, slow cooker, microwave, rice cooker etc. Loads of plates, cups, pots and pans and other utensils and cutlery
