Sunny single room in Hendon Central

MUST LOVE CATS!!!

We`re two friends renting a flat in Hendon Central and we will have a single room available from 15/05/24.

The room comes with a single bed, desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers, not a tiny box, cosy size. It`s facing the patio and gets sunlight all day if there is one. It is the warmest room in the flat in winter. There is no living room in the flat.

I wish to find someone reliable, clean, easygoing, who LOVES CATS, as I have three now (rescues from last year/mom and her two now 1yr old sons, and I would really appreciate someone who can catsit when I need to travel). Ideally an introvert to fit in.

Flat is nothing luxurious, very old, but location is good, lots of shops just downstairs and Hendon Central 1min walk from the house. Flat is not a party house, again, introvert preferred.

Base rent is 570 for now, plus 37 monthly contribution to gas and electricity direct debit paid every month. Every few months we submit meter readings and calculate what was actually used and divide the rest to pay equally, so the bills will be higher for this, depending on season and usage. Other bills included.
