A double room has become available in our flat in High St. Kensington from the end of October (however, it will be possible to discuss flexibility with dates). The flat has 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, kitchen and a big living room.
The room is spacious, has a desk, a sofa bed, a double bed, a chest of drawers and a clothes rack (which could be replaced with a wardrobe at the new tenant's personal costs).

The building is secured and has
central heating throughout the winter, so you won't have to worry about extra bills during the cold months!

The flat is in a secured building with a porter, 5-10 mins walk to both High Street Kensington & Gloucester road tube stations. The flat is also a short walk to/from Hyde Park/Kensington Gardens, the Museums and the Royal Albert Hall. Great supermarkets also surround the area (Wholefoods, Waitrose, etc.) The road is very quiet, well-lit, and we benefit from a 24/7 security patrol around our

We're all friendly, easy-going housemates, like quiet evenings and enjoy the peace and quiet of our block. We are definitely not a party house and are looking for a respectful and easy going quiet flatmate, about 30 years old.

The flat has 4 bedrooms in total. We are looking for a long term flatmate (ie, not a short stay, ideally 1-year minimum). We would love someone who is considerate, conscientious, and most importantly clean & respectful. Preferably someone with a 9 - 5 working schedule. [NO students/couples, unfortunately].

The rent is £660 pcm and bills add up to around £80 pcm. Deposit £740. The household also shares the costs of cleaning products and toilet paper, which come very cheap each month, so no need to panic buy loo rolls :-D
