My friend Shaun is the other tenant in the flat. Shaun is 27 years old and works at UBS, very friendly guy and he is looking for another housemate to move in.
I am obviously looking for that 'perfect' flatmate to live with Shaun, ideally someone who is fun to hang out with, a relaxed character, not messy, who already has their own social circle and professional life in place.
Rent is paid at the start of each month, and all utilities are included. I also have a cleaner who comes twice a month and that's also included as part of the rent. WiFi is paid separately to me as the contract is in my name with Virgin Media (Fibre Optic)

About the Room:
The room is the largest room in the apartment and it easily fits a queen size bed. The apartment is a little old, but the rent reflects this and it’s part of the charm of the apartment and the location. It’s very warm in the winter which is nice and cool in summers if you open all the windows and let the breeze flow through. It’s super quiet at night with the occasional cat or fox running around.
It’s 2 min to High Street Kensington station if you’re walking and 8 min walking distance to Notting hill station.
