I am looking for a female flatmate (please note this is not available for couples) to rent a double room with own bathroom (and walk in wardrobe/storage room) in my 2 bed 2 bathrooms flat in Highams Park. This is ideal for someone who is clean and respectful and would like to make the flat their home.
The flat is less than 5 minutes walk from Highams Park overground station, with large Tesco just across the road.
Highams Park is less than 25 minutes from Liverpool Street and less than 5 minutes by overground from Walthamstow and Victoria line. Oxford Circus and the West End are 35 minutes away.
All bills are included.
There is also undercroft parking available, should you need it.
You will share the flat with only one person (me) and a super cute and and well behaved cat.
