I have a spacious double room with a double bed. You will have enough space to store all your stuff. Spacious chest of draws and wardrobe provided. Additionally there is extra storage available.

The broadband is next to your room and your WiFi will have the best speed available in the house. I work from home a few days a week and never have any issues with the broadband. The house is well-equipped, clean, and centrally heated with access to a garden.

Whether it's hopping on a bus or catching an overground train, commuting to central London is a breeze, with a mere 23-minute journey. Plus, easy access to the Victoria and Central lines via a short bus ride, navigating the city has never been more effortless. Buses run reliably and there are bus stops less than 3 minutes away. The train operates from Highams Park to Liverpool Street every 15 minutes.

There are a variety of mega—markets equidistant from the home. The local Tesco is by the overground station. The house is located next to Larkswood, Nuffield and Better gyms. So you can go work out and take a pleasant walk whenever you like.

You will share the kitchen, bathroom and garden. Furniture and utensils provided if you need it. I live with on my own and on occasion my partners stays. I am looking for someone who can stay with us like a family.

Our spacious double room offers a cozy haven, thoughtfully decorated to provide a welcoming atmosphere. There are pets in our home, open to discussions if you also have.
