Midweek, Highbury, 2mins to Arsenal (Mon-Fri)

After two years our great Monday-Friday housemate's London based job has gone fully remote so he is moving back to the countryside, and we are looking for a new housemate.

The room is a large bright double bedroom, with ample built in storage (double wardrobes). There is a spacious lounge/diner, separate kitchen/diner and two baths, with separate showers (waterfall) and one with a bath. The flat is a set on the first and second floors of a recently renovated Victorian three story house. Separate ground floor entrance and a outdoor private roof terrace.

There are excellent transport links: Arsenal tube station is less than 2 minutes walk (c 150meters, with direct tubes to Kings Cross, Holborn and Leicester Sq etc). Drayton Park rail station (direct trains to Essex Road, Old Street and Moorgate (<12mins)) is about 5 minutes walk. Highbury & Islington tube is a pleasant 10-15 minute walk through Highbury Fields for the Victoria line and overground. Upper Street and Highbury each very close.

We are a married couple (both guys). We each work pretty long hours (solicitor/doctor). One working from home full time at the moment given COVID. Like to come back to a relaxing home.

We are looking for Monday to Friday housemate, who is tidy, clean, and considerate (and sane!). We would be happy to consider less nights per week (for reduced rates), which we would be happy to chat about.
