The house comes furnished with washing machine and dryer. The room comes with a double bed, mattress and large wardrobes with plenty of storage space.

Street parking is available from the council.

Water bill is included. Gas and Electric is divided by 5 every quarter and internet and other shared amenities is divided evenly.

During Arsenal matches the street becomes pedestrianised and a burger van is situated outside the house.

Unfortunately no couples & no pets.
