Dear Room Hunter,

We are a Hungarian girl and a Portuguese guy living in a 3 bed flat 2 minutes away from the trendy Stoke Newington Church Street.

At the moment we have 1 room to rent in our home. This is a bright room with a double bed and a chest of draws. There's as well plenty space for storage on other areas of the flat.

It’s a quiet area with plenty local shops, parks, pubs and little cafes nearby and public transportation as well (Canonbury 10 min/ Arsenal 15 min / Highbury and Islington 20 min walk).

The house consists of a big leaving room to spend your evenings; a garden with a nice table for summer nights; a small and cozy kitchen with plenty storage for the many dinners you will cook - and of course the basics: a toilet and a shower.

The bills are not included in the price of the room and this is an average of £50-£65/ a month (depending on the season).

Ideally, we are looking for someone tidy but not OCD; social but not a party animal; respectful but fun at the same time.

Due to the times we live we are happy to have extra safety measures to the visits and we can as well arrange virtual visits if you wish so.
