I’m looking for a new housemate or couple to rent a double room in this lovely Islington townhouse!

It's a big space with three bedrooms, a large kitchen with a dishwasher, a very relaxing back garden, a large living room with a dining table, a bathroom with washing machine and tumbledryer, and a cosy attic space. The available room is the master bedroom that overlooks a quiet street. It has build in cupboards, wardrobe and bookshelves.

The house has excellent transport links: less than 5 minutes to Drayton Park, and 10 minutes max. to Highbury & Islington and Arsenal. It also has easy bus links to central London.

We're right next to Highbury Fields, and have supermarkets, a butcher, a fishmonger, lots of independent grocers, delis, cafes, and Upper Street all within short walking distance.

You'll be sharing with 3 young professionals (a Brit, and a Kiwi-Aussie couple). Friendly, respectful, clean and like to treat the place as a genuine home. Always up for house dinners, boardgames, pub visits and the like. But the house is also big enough for us to all have our own space.

At the moment bills come to ~£135 a month per person, split between 5 people.
