Double room available in a cozy 2bed flatshare in Islington. After 2.5 years in this flat (and 10 years in flatshares) I am moving on to the realms of solo living and therefore looking for someone to take over my current tenancy agreement in this lovely flat in Highbury.

The flat is in a great location, withing easy walking distance of Arsenal tube station (for Picadilly Line) and Drayton Park Station (for direct trains into Old Street and Moorgate). It's also close to Highbury Fields (BBQ in the summer) and the shops, cafés and restaurants of Upper Street. It boasts a bright living room, separate kitchen and bathroom that has been completely refurbished less than 2 years ago. All rooms are fully furnished.

The bedroom available is very private and quiet, located towards the back of the property overlooking the gardens. It comes with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, bookshelves and optional chest of drawers.

This move is agreed with the landlord and you would be officially taking on my running tenancy agreement from 19 November until 25 July 2020- renewal thereafter is optional. Referencing and security deposit required.

Rent is £812.50 a month. Bills come to about £150 a month per person, including Wifi, TV and cleaner every 2 weeks.

You would be sharing the flat with Cathia, 31, who's very sociable but enjoys a quiet night at home as much as a dinner party or the occasional boardgame night.
