My friend is moving out into a place of his own, so I’m seeking a tidy flatmate to replace him in this two bedroom flatshare. The flat is on a quiet road in Highbury, and is a few minutes away from Canonbury railway station, and about 10 minutes from Highbury and Islington station. Holloway road, with its pubs and restaurants, is also only ten minutes away.

The flat is in a quiet block and benefits from a shared garden in the back.
The flat comes with all the usual amenities, including a washing machine. My flatmate is leaving with his furniture, so you have the option of using the living room as your bedroom – or you could use the current bedroom. I’ll be happy to team up to re-stock the living room with whatever we want.

The rent is £866.66 per month. Bills come to around £130 a month, less in summer. The flat is available on 19th January.

I’m 29 years old and I work as a civil servant. I am clean and tidy and I’m looking for a flatmate with similar values.
