I live in a 3 bedroom ground floor flat with my friendly Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. This is a quiet location on a tree lined street. The room is clean and I have a private garden. I am a professional woman working for a charity. I am looking for a partial renter, Monday-Thursday or less days if required.

The room is very clean, large and comfortable. My last guest stayed three nights a week for three years but decided to get a job closer to home.

I am looking for a professional woman who requires a partial week rental room, with good transport links, 30 minutes to the city or Westend.

My flat has recently been refurbished, there is a walk in shower, new kitchen and toilet. I also have a beautiful front garden.

The Neighbourhood

The flat is 2 minutes away from Newington Green and Stoke Newington which is well known for its "village feel". It has awesome restaurants, great brunch spots, and a Tesco close by, Clissold Park is a five minute stroll away.

Transport

Two minutes from Canonbury Overground Station and direct busses to the City.
15 minutes walk from Highbury & Islington Tube Station.
