Hi all,

I’m moving out of our lovely flat in Highbury to live closer to work.

I have been living here for 2 years and looking for someone to move into my spacious double room.

House/Room:
- Available 28th March 2020
- Large double room with lots of natural light and lots of STORAGE.
- 2x double wardrobes with plenty of hanging space, cupboard storage (perfect for a suitcase) and under bed storage.
- 1x large chest of drawers
- sofa, bed, frameless mirror and white coffee table are also included.
Note: curtains & other furniture pieces are mine and I’m looking to sell some of these items at a reasonable cost if you’re interested.
- There is no living room but we have a large kitchen/dining area where we hang around, cook, eat and chat
- Modern bathroom and balcony for summer drinks

Current Flatmates:
- 2 Females
- Both professionals working in and around the city
- Social, friendly, we enjoy catching up together over dinner and drinks but also have our own things going on

The area:
- Apartment is located above shops/ restaurants. 3 storey / self-contained
- Located on Blackstock Rd; 7 min walk to Arsenal tube (Piccadilly line) 10 min walk to Finsbury Park tube (Victoria line), 10-12 min bus to Angel (bus stop outside apartment door)
- Tesco, Sainsbury and Lidl all within short walking distance, as well as lots of independent grocers.
- Great, cafes, restaurants and pubs all within a 5 min walk.
- Angel, Stoke Newington, Hoxton, Clissold Park are all within a short easy commute or walk.

Bills are NOT included in the rent, however they come to roughly £70-120 per month depending on the time of year. This includes
- Cleaner twice per month
- Gas & Electricity (increases in the winter)
- Council Tax
- Water
- Wifi

A £300 deposit is also needed. The Landlord is wonderful and extremely accommodating.
