The room is a small double, but lovely, bright and cosy. The rest of the flat is very spacious, with nice big windows throughout which let a lot of sun shine in! The flat also has a really pretty view overlooking a lush green area at the back of the building.

We have a large kitchen, dining room lounge space which (like the bedroom!) also catches the afternoon sun. There are four people living here (including myself) and two bathrooms, so you'll only need to share a bathroom with one other person which is a nice bonus.

The flatmates comprises of some cool Aussies all late twenties - early thirties professionals who like to cook, bake and drink - lots of fun :) Not a party flat, but partial to delicious food, booze and company!

The flat itself is part of a larger building of 9 flats with a secure entrance area to receive post and parcels, and is generally part of a quiet neighbourhood and beautiful street.

Local ammenities include:
Clissold Park (best park in London) - 3 min walk
Clissold Park Tavern - great pub with lots of outdoor seating perfect for summer
Canonbury overground - 10 mins walk
Arsenal station - 15 mins walk
Highbury and Islington station - 20 mins walk
393 bus stop right outside, and 141, 341, buses 3 mins down the road
Local shop - 3 mins, Sainsburys 9 mins, Tesco 11 mins
Along with some great foodie, coffee, climbing and yoga spots all within a 15 min stroll!

Bills are £101 per month, so rent and bills would come to £739 per month and this includes council tax, water, gas, electricity and broadband. The room comes furnished with a double bed & mattress and a large wardrobe (pictured)
