This is a short term sub lease from January 2021 to April. So three months while I will be overseas. The price has been reduced from the actual rent but I will pay the excess while I am away.
It’s a very nice and modern apartment: two levels with the kitchen and lounge room on the ground level and the bedrooms on the lower level. There is a shared garden out the back and the kitchen is bright and large.
It is also well insulated and very comfortable.
It is furnished currently but I will remove as much of my stuff as I can while I’m away.
This is probably a good arrangement for someone who has recently moved to London, or is looking for some breathing space while they find somewhere else. As this is a sub lease there will be no real paperwork involved.
