Lovely Bright Double Room in Highbury

Hello!

We are looking for a new housemate for a room in our modern terraced house in Highbury, N5. Sharing with 4 females, all professionals, who are friendly, clean and tidy.

A bright, furnished double bedroom is available on the first floor. Rent is £500pcm + bills (roughly £100pcm, including a weekly cleaner) and it is available from 26 July 2021.

The room is furnished with a double bed, 2 shelves on the wall, chest of drawers and a double wardrobe (with full length mirror).

Please note - while this is double bedroom, it is only for single occupancy. Professionals only.

The house has a large open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area, 1.5 bathrooms and a large south facing patio (plenty of sun). Three bedrooms have ensuite showers – so no clashes over the shared bath/shower.

In the house is an English girl working in the charity sector; a American/Chilean girl who works in human rights and sustainable development economics; a Canadian girl working in TV production; and an English girl working as a nanny. Preference is to keep the house as all girls.

We like to hang out together in the lounge, sometimes cook meals together and go to the pub/trivia. It's a friendly and relaxed home. Not just another house share, but an actual home! We are all in our mid-late 20's, and we respect each other and the house.

The landlord is great! He is an architect so actually cares about his house. Wooden floors everywhere (except in the bathrooms and the stairs), fireplace and skylights.

The closest tube stations are Arsenal and Finsbury Park and Canonbury Overground station but we are also close to many good bus routes (19, 4, 141, 341 + more)

We are having in-person viewings, but if you’d rather not come into the house, we are also happy to meet via video call.
