The flat is split over two levels, There is a shared bathroom with shower and bath. The kitchen and living room are very spacious. The house is cleaned regularly.

The rear garden is accessible directly out of rear of flat .

I'm a professional trainer and i spend a lot of my time working away so you'll have the flat to yourself most of the time.

Rent includes council tax, but we split the internet of £15 each + electric/gas which is about £50-60 each per month.
