Double room with personal bathroom

I'm leaving my spacious double room in the heart of Highbury Fields.

It's in a typical Victorian house, with wooden floors, high ceilings, and a fireplace.

The room is situated on the ground floor with access to its own personal bathroom with shower and loo under the stairs. The toilets and shower hose have been replaced in September.

There's a big living room with a smart TV and Sky, a big kitchen with a washing machine, and we turned the upstairs kitchen (not the one on the pictures) into an office because... working from home you know. There's also a cute little terrace in the back with rosemary, a fig tree and the Christmas tree I replanted. It's all in a very quiet street just round the corner from Highbury Fields. Easy walking access to Highbury & Islington, Drayton Park, Arsenal, Holloway.

All the bills are included: electricity, gas, cleaning products, broadband and weekly cleaner.

The housemates: professionals in their mid-20s, love watching TV together, all own a bike and are into fitness, swimming and cycling, casual drinks and takeout together.

Flexible moving date; referencing checks will be done - could take a few weeks. There will be a tenancy agreement with all the other tenants running until Sept 15 and renewable after that.
