Double room available in 2bed flatshare in Highbury. After 18 very happy months of living in this flat, I’m moving out as I’m buying my own place, and looking for someone to either take over my current tenancy agreement or start a new tenancy agreement with the remaining flatmate (can be flexible and will depend on timings).

The flat is in a great location, withing easy walking distance of Arsenal tube station (for Picadilly Line) and Drayton Park Station (for direct trains into Old Street and Moorgate). It's also close to Highbury Fields (BBQ in the summer) and the shops, cafés and restaurants of Upper Street. It boasts a bright living room, separate kitchen and bathroom that has been completely refurbished less than 3 years ago. All rooms are fully furnished.

The bedroom available is very private and quiet, located towards the back of the property overlooking the gardens. It comes with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, bookshelves and a large chest of drawers. It also has its own hallway, which can be used for extra storage space.

On street parking is available - you’ll just need a residents parking permit.

Rent is £812.50 a month. Bills come to about £150 a month per person, including Wifi, TV and cleaner every 2 weeks. Referencing and security deposit required.

You would be sharing the flat with the lovely Cathia, 33, who's very sociable but enjoys a quiet night at home as much as a dinner party or the occasional boardgame night.
