We are two young professionals looking for someone to join our friendly and peaceful household in a charming and well-located three-bedroom flat right next to the beautiful Clissold Park in North London. The flat is on the second floor of an elegant 1930s art-deco building mansion block, and its well-proportioned fully-furnished rooms provide plenty of personal and communal space for each tenant, even in post-pandemic times.

Besides the gorgeous park, local attractions and amenities include the wholesome and distinctive Stoke Newington Church Street, Highbury Village, the Castle Climbing Centre, Clissold Leisure Centre, Finsbury Park, Newington Green, the New River walk and Upper Street.

The flat is conveniently positioned between several different transport connections to central London, with Finsbury Park, Highbury & Islington, Arsenal, Drayton Park, Manor House and Canonbury stations all within a comfortable walking distance. There are also plenty of useful buses to be found on Green Lanes and Blackstock Road.

Simon works in Football and I'm an Architect, and having both spent over two years here we both believe the flat is an ideal base for professionals looking to make the most of what London has to offer.
