Cosy double room in friendly Highbury flat

Our flatmate of 2 years is sadly moving out so we’re looking for someone to take over his room starting on the 22nd of June.

ABOUT THE ROOM:
Rent is £760, and bills typically come to about £145 including council tax. Double bedroom, comes with a chest of drawers and a bed. The room is quite cosy, so there are also built in cupboards in the lounge that you can use for extra storage.

ABOUT THE FLAT:
Our flat is located on a quiet street in Highbury about 2 minutes walk from Highbury Fields. The flat is spilt over the 1st and 2nd floor, with a large shared lounge, bathroom with a shower/tub, and a good sized kitchen with a dishwasher.

ABOUT US:
Sam (English, 30) works in marketing, and Naomi (American, 29) works as an event manager. We’ve both been in the flat for a few years now, and we’re pretty happy here! While we both have our own lives, we’re pretty sociable and enjoy watching TV together in the evenings, as well as the occasional flat dinner and/or drinks.

TRANSPORT:
We’re very well connected here. Drayton Park (TFL) is a 6 minute walk away, Highbury & Islington (Victoria line, Overground, TFL) is an 8-10 minute walk away, and Arsenal (Piccadilly line) is a 12 minute walk away. There’s also lots of busses, and we’re a short walk away from Highbury Barn and Upper Street.
