Flat has two floors. On the bottom there is a very big kitchen and a separate large living room space. Terrace with outdoor furniture, bbq and table/chairs. (Not on photos but the outdoor sofa is great)
Upstairs there are the 2 bedrooms and bathrooms.
The room is available until end of August.
I am 28 and work in sales in the city. I travel a lot for work so am only I n the flat 3/4 nights a week.
When In London I play a lot of rugby and golf.
Bills are an extra 100-150 month each. Includes cleaner/internet/sky sports/Netflix etc ..
