Huge room with gym, garden, and friendly guys

We have a large double bedroom available in a large house from September (dates are flexible, ideally between mid-August to Sept 30). The house ticks all the boxes and we love living here. You get a lot for the money.

The housemates:
We’re a group of good mates from uni and one of us is leaving for the US so have a spare room available. We’re all professionals in the city, chilled, tidy and well behaved but also know how to enjoy ourselves. Message if you’re interested and we can grab a drink and show you the house.

The house:
The house is fully kitted out with high quality furnishings and the kitchen, utility room, and bathrooms were renovated last year. The house has a ridiculous amount to offer:

Loads of restaurants and bars nearby on Upper Street and Holloway Road
Highbury and Islington station at the end of the road (incredibly well connected to everywhere plus on the night tube and overground)
Highbury Fields 2 mins away

The room:
The master bedroom of the house. Has a double bed, ample space for a desk, sofa and more. En-suite bathroom (6 months old). Walk in wardrobe.

Bills are around £100pm in total. Mostly council tax and fluctuates at the moment with the increased energy prices. We’ve gigabit broadband that is free for the first 6 months. The tenancy is for a year but we plan on staying longer. We've lived here for 5 years now. The new tenancy starts on September 1 so, even if you move in earlier or later, we’ll need to have the contact signed soonish. Obviously, you'd start paying rent from when you actually moved in. Our exiting flatmate is flexible to help us find the right person.
