Hello, I am looking for a new flatmate for a lovely flat in a fantastic location in Highbury.

The flat:

A bright and airy first floor flat with a large living area and separate kitchen. There is also a good-sized terrace with stairs leading down to a garden.

The flat is situated on a quiet and friendly street, minutes from Highbury Barn, Clissold Park and Newington Green. Canonbury Overground station is a 10 minute walk away, with both Highbury & Islington station and Arsenal station a 15 minute walk.

The flat is available from June 1st, on a minimum 14 month contract basis.

The room:

The bedroom is a large double room that comes furnished with a bed and fitted wardrobe.

Your (potential) future flatmate:

Originally from Wales, I've been living in London for ten years now. I work for a not for profit and am in the office around half the week/working from home the rest.

I like a mix of socialising and being out and about, with time also for quieter evenings in with good food and bad films. I'm clean, tidy and respectful and would hope for a flatmate that has their own life but that we can also be comfortable hanging out in our home together.
