Hello all! My lovely tranquil double room with garden view is in a beautiful converted Victorian town house. I take pride in my lovely home and keep it clean and peaceful. All the rooms are beautifully furnished and to a high quality. The converted house in over 2 floors, basement and first floor, with a huge garden.

The room has a brand new double bed and mattress, with double wardrobe, side table and bench with storage.

Brand new fitted bathroom with roll top bath adjacent to the room.

My Front room has smart TV, perfect for chilling on the new L shape sofa.

Modern new kitchen has all mod cons, dishwasher and large fridge freezer oven and hob, air fryer, microwave and coffee machine.
With large table and chairs

Utility room has washing machine and tumble dryer, adjacent to the room.

Large south garden has plenty of seating and a bbq.

My ideal lodger would be a working professional or student who helps keep the space clean and who is calm and peaceful.
And who is punctual with the rent.

I am a working professional who works with kids with needs, I’m a happy, friendly and sociable and like to have a convo but also respect each others privacy and space.
I also have a cat who is friendly and calm.

Location. We are right by various bus stops and are a 5 or 10 min walk to Canonbury or Highbury and Islington stn. There are pubs, restaurants post office etc and various shops. We are in a great location!
