Hello future housie,

A large furnished room (double bed and big wardrobe) is available in our cosy 2-floor flat. The room has big double windows, so it gets lots of natural light.

The house has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on the 2nd level and a big living room, kitchen and toilet on the lower level. With its trees surrounding it, the house stays cool in the summer while having a great view of the colourful winter sunsets.

Travel
The area is peaceful and safe, we haven’t had any trouble even when travelling at odd times. We have good transport links with the 393 bus right in front of our house and other major busses like 73, 141 within a 7 min walk. We are also a 10 minute walk away from Canonbury Overground station and Highbury & Islington tube station.

Bills
Not included, the total amount varies from 100 to 150 £ in the colder months. Council tax band D.

Housemates
You will be sharing the flat with 2 flatmates. First is Michelle (33) who works in public affairs and enjoys yoga, reading (plenty of books to share in our living room!) and exploring London over the weekend. Next is Sam (29), a creative social and comms exec who enjoys being in nature, visiting museums & galleries and going to the cinema. It is an easy and social flat, and we respect each other's space. We hope to find another responsible yet fun housemate, who would love an occasional drink or dinner date. It’s worth mentioning that this is not a party house, but we are happy for friends to come by occasionally or overnight.

About you
Female in your early to mid 30s, fun, friendly and responsible full-time professional with a social life and a dynamic personality, who enjoys catching up for an occasional drink or dinner date, who prioritises cleanliness (flat gets cleaned weekly, non-negotiable) and is overall reliable in taking shared care of the flat. We’d like it if you are someone who works in the office for at least part of the week i. e. not WFH all the time. If you think you are a good fit, please get in touch and tell us about yourself.

Viewings will be held on 6th and 7th April (we can be flexible), and the room is available from 1st May.
