Lovely double room with desk space to rent on Gillespie Road.

Fantastic location; less than 5 minute walk to Arsenal station (Piccadilly line) and Finsbury Park 10 minute walk (Victoria line and National rail), and 20 minute walk to Highbury and Islington. It is also a 30 minute bike ride into central London.

The property is on 3 split levels and the room to rent is the only bedroom on the ground floor.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, a large wardrobe, chest of drawers & bedside table.

It looks out on to the back garden and has blackout blinds. It is the warmest bedroom in Winter. It has a large window so the room is also cool in Summer.

There is a cosy living room with big windows, and a spacious kitchen with 2 fridge freezers, a gas hob, dishwasher and washing machine.

From the kitchen there is access to the garden through bi-folding doors, which allows lots of light to flow through.

The garden is beautiful and a lovely space to relax in, host BBQ's and have drinks outside in the Summer.

There is one modern fitted shared bathroom with a bath/power shower.

Additionally, there is a huge basement for extra storage like suitcases.

Clissold Park is a 5 minute walk away and Highbury Fields and Finsbury Park are within 15 minutes' walk away. Angel is also a 10-15 minute bus ride. There are cute cafes, restaurants, pubs/bars and shops close by.

You will be living with 3 young female professionals.

Paige - 30 year old PA who loves travelling, going out with mates, raves / festivals and newly trying to tackle the gym.

Hannah - a 32 year old Engineering Lead Procurement Officer who loves netball, festivals and cocktails.

Hannah - a 26 year old Regulatory affairs associate who loves socialising with friends, going to the gym and exploring new places.

We socialise together whether that be sharing a bottle of wine, brunching, bars / pubs, festivals, holidays, exploring London, watching Arsenal play or having a Netflix evening with a takeaway or dinner.

We enjoy hosting the odd infrequent party here and there, and we would love to find someone who will want to be part of our home and friendship group but also respects the times when we need some space (don't we all sometimes!).

We are 1 meat eater, 1 pescatarian and 1 vegan.

Bills tend to be between £110-£120 each p/month.

The room is available from the 25th May, but can be flexible if you need to move in a week or so earlier.
