The Flat:
Location: Perfectly situated on Blackstock Road, just a 5-minute walk to Arsenal Station and a 15-minute walk to Finsbury Park. Lots of cute shops and amenities nearby.
Rooms: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room, and a big kitchen with access to a lovely garden.
Current Flatmates: You'll be sharing the flat with Marco, a 40-year-old fashion photographer. Marco's adorable daughter stays over every other night. We have a friendly and welcoming environment and sometimes enjoy dinners together in the kitchen, but we also respect each other's privacy.
The Third Room: Currently empty and also looking for a new tenant.
The Room:
Available from 26th June.
Rent: £800 per month.
Deposit: Around £900.
Bills: Approximately £120 per person per month.
