I’m a Pilates teacher & trainer working with clients between Highbury & Hampstead. The ground floor flat is all wooden floors & I have the large open plan living room set up to train my clients here sometimes so the flat is very calm, relaxing & tidy.

Not suitable for WFH but perfect for someone who wants an oasis of calm in the city to return to during the week.

There are double doors out onto a private patio & a beautiful, well maintained mature garden. The spare bedroom has just been painted, is very bright & has double doors that open out onto the patio & garden.

Aberdeen Park is wonderfully grand & v peaceful as there is no through traffic due to it being a private road. It might just be the nicest in N5!

10 minute walk to Highbury & Islington tube (Victoria Line) and Great Northern direct to Moorgate - 9 mins
7 min walk to Canonbury Overground
1 min walk to Bus stop with routes, 4, 19, 263 & 236
