2bed flat in Highbury - Flatmate wanted

Great spacious flat near Highbury Fields - I've been living here with a friend for the past 2 years and absolutely love it. She's moving in with her boyfriend and I'm looking for someone fun, easygoing and in a similar phase of life to share this great spot with.

The flat / living space is mostly furnished, and the bedroom will be unfurnished. Bills are around 175 pp per month.

I’m clean, organised and respectful and really value having a comfortable, relaxed living space. I work full-time in a fairly demanding job and usually WFH three days a week, in the office 2x a week. I also travel often for work and to see family in the states.

I love trying new restaurants, a good wine bar and hangs at the local pub, but I also really value staying active and keeping a healthy balance. I’d love to find someone who has their own routine but is also looking for a friendly situation and up for the occasional coffee walk, mid-week pint, chill movie nights, etc.

Ideally looking for someone easygoing, considerate and independent who’s keen for a friendly, social flat where you actually get on, not just coexist.
