Double En Suite

Availability & Cost…
The rent is £1,100/month incl. all bills. Your room is available from 1st March for up to 6 months initially. We are flexible if you can’t commit to the full duration, but a start date close to 1st March is preferred. The let could also suit someone requiring a weekday home in London. The rent would be adjusted, if you are not here full time. Viewings from Thursday 19th February.

Your Room…
Your room is a fully furnished double on the top floor. It has a large built-in mirrored wardrobe with a chest of drawers and lots of storage space. The room also has a modern and recently refurbished en-suite with a spacious shower and a sink with storage underneath.

The Rest of the House…
The house is a 3-storey town house with a modern interior. Your toilet is on the ground floor, it’s mostly just for you, as we have a family bathroom. Opposite your room is another double en-suite which is mostly used as an office during the day and also as the family guest room.
There is a fully equipped new kitchen, including a washing machine. We also have a cosy shared living room with a door leading out to a small courtyard type garden.

Location…
The house is close to all amenities, and yet it’s a very quiet neighbourhood! You are a 5-10 minute walk to Arsenal tube & 10-15 minutes to Highbury & Islington, the No 19 & 4 buses stop at the top of the road. There’s a great local High Street around the corner with independent shops, cafes and restaurants. Highbury Fields and Clissold Park are also just a short walk away. Also, there is a great gym 5 minutes down the road.

About Us…
We are a couple in our mid-fifties, and we recently moved back to London. We both WFH most of the time, with some office and travel days in between. We also have an elderly cat, she’s very sweet and mostly sleeps all day.

House Vibe…
The house is a family home, and we are looking for someone who respects the space and everyone’s privacy. We are obviously very happy to have chats and share the odd glass of wine with cheese, but our party days are definitely over.
