Bright, Spacious Double Room in Beautiful Canonbury Flat (Private Bathroom!) – Available 8 May

Our lovely flatmate Harry is moving out, and we’re looking for someone to take over his room in our bright, cozy home in Canonbury 😊

- About the room -

It’s a large, fully-furnished double bedroom (approx. 4m x 5m), filled with natural light from a big front-facing window.

The room comes with:
- Comfortable double bed
- Desk + chair (ideal for WFH)
- Wardrobe/Chest of drawers storage

It’s a calm, airy space with plenty of room to make your own!

- About the flat -

We’re on the top floor of a charming period property on a quiet residential street, so it’s peaceful but still very well connected. The flat is full of natural light throughout and has a relaxed, homey feel. You'll find:

- Spacious living/dining area with two sofas (incl. sofa beds), dining table, TV and shelving
- North-west facing with lots of lovely afternoon/evening light
- Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, toaster, etc.)
- Two bathrooms - you’ll have your own!
- Access to a really nice shared communal garden with BBQ and seating

We’ve put some care into decorating the space and like to keep it welcoming, and while the living room is mostly set up, we’re very open to you adding some personal touches!

- About us -

You’ll be living with:

- Manu, 30 – engineer who enjoys music, video games, and a good game of tennis
- Cecilia, 34 – marketing professional who loves music, pilates, and padel

We both mostly work from home (from our rooms) with occasional office days/travel. We get on really well, enjoy a friendly chat or occasional dinner, but also have our own routines and independence.

- About you -

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Friendly and easygoing
- Clean and respectful of shared space
- Independent, with their own life, but happy to be part of a relaxed, sociable home 😊

Canonbury is one of those hidden gems (leafy, calm and still incredibly central):

- 5 min walk to Canonbury (Overground)
- 10 min walk to Highbury & Islington (Victoria Line + Overground)
- 25 mins to Oxford Circus with the Victoria line
- 20 min walk to Clissold Park
- 20 min walk to Dalston
