Hello ☺️ we are looking for a girl in her late 20s - late 30s to move into this bright and airy room in a shared house in Highbury 🏡

📍We are right on the doorstep of the beautiful Clissold Park
🚇10 minute walk from Arsenal station (Piccadilly line)
🚝 15 minute walk or 5 min bus from Finsbury Park (Piccadilly line, Victoria line, national railway)

It’s a safe and quiet area with friendly neighbours 🪴 there are lots of cute cafes, restaurants and independent bookshops nearby 🛍️

We would be looking for someone to stay either from 1st June until mid September (short term) or to take over the tenancy from 1st June - if interested let us know which of those would be your preference.

Rent: £800, bills: £120. The room comes furnished with a clothing rail, bed and mattress as well as a large cupboard of storage space. There is a garden that gets sun for most of the day and a separate living and kitchen area downstairs (see photos). There is a shared upstairs bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet, and a separate toilet downstairs. You would be sharing with two women in academia, Chloe and Asha, who are French and Australian.
