I've been living in this lovely for 3 years and am looking for a flatmate. It's an ex-council flat - a ground floor maisonette in a small block on the edge of Park View estate in Highbury. It's a 1 minute walk from Clissold Park. The flat has just been redecorated so new bathroom and kitchen appliance and a fresh clean modern look. The rooms and bathroom are upstairs and lounge and kitchen downstairs - with a downstairs loo too. It's a quiet block. 600 + bills (100,-)
I would prefer a working person / professional. No couples. The room has a double bed and a wardrobe. The TV that is currently in the picture will go.
It's 1 min away from buses to manor house tube (5 mins on the bus) or newington green. 10 mins walk to canonbury overland, Stoke Newington Church street shops and Highbury Park road. There are shops and a small supermarket nearby too.
Reference from previous landlord and one month deposit required.
