Available is 1 Double Room in a Stunning two Bedroom apartment in the much sought after Highbury Stadium Square. A great opportunity to experience the history of Arsenal (whether you are a supporter or not) with every room boasting floor to ceiling windows looking out onto the old pitch. Two bathrooms so no need to share and the apartment will be freshly painted and all new furniture provided upon moving in.

You will be sharing with an easy going 28 (almost 29) year old Australian Professional who works in the city. I like to relax at home over a drink, watch a few episodes and have a laugh.

Essentially I am after someone who is like minded of any sex/orientation/background, no preference, I get along with everyone! The only real pre-requisite is that you have to be able to put up with someone who likes an immaculately clean house! Ha!

Maximum term is 5 months (to end of June) so suitable for those wanting a short-ish stay. Bills are additional (water, electricity, sky + broadband, cleaner). Apartment available from 1st February (I will be moving in the same day!) but apartment can be made available for inspection before that date (I live in the Stadium currently; it's a great community and the buildings are amazing!)

Highbury Stadium Square is a 3 minute walk to Arsenal tube, 5 mins walk to Emirates Stadium and a short walk or bus ride to Islington/Angel. All in all, it's a brilliant place to live!
