Hi I am looking for a professional person to rent a medium sized double room in my 3 bedroom flat, I would like someone who is reasonably relaxed and likes a bit of peace and quiet at the end of the day.
My flat is on the 2nd floor of a converted Victorian house in Highbury, the location has fantastic links for transport being approx 10 mins from Highbury and Islington tube and also Finsbury park. Canonbury rail links to the east end is approx 15 mins walk away. There is a parade of shops in Highbury Barn and lots of super markets 10 mins walk away for picking up groceries on the way home from work. Nearby is also Upper Street which is a great place to meet friends for a meal or drink in the many bars and restaurants. A walk through Highbury Fields in the evening is a nice walk home past the clock tower and up through the barn or alternatively there is Clissold park. There are 2 leisure centres by both of the parks with pools, Gym and keep fit classes. I would call my home a homely place, its clean and tidy but also relaxed.
The room is clean and tidy and is being newly decorated with a new double bed, full length mirror, wardrobe and chest of draws. Theres a TV in the living room with virgin and Net flicks if you wanted to watch a movie or series. Alternatively you can access a movie on a lap top to watch in the privacy of your own room.
The kitchen and bath room is shared with washing machine, dryer, dish washer, for use.
So if you can describe yourself as a nice friendly person, who is quiet and values their own privacy as I will yours, then you will fit in well here and you will be very comfortable.
