Hi there,

We have 2 huge double rooms available in a 3 storey period terraced house just off Highbury Fields available from 1stJuly (but there is some flexibility if you'd like to move in a little earlier). The house has 2 modern and sizeable bathrooms, which means you will only be sharing a bathroom with 1 other person. There is also an additional W/C (i. e. 3 toilets in total). The house has a large dining room, a separate lounge and big kitchen. Both rooms come furnished with a bed, chest of draws and wardrobe. There is also plenty of room for a desk if you want to work from home.

The existing housemates are both professionals between the ages of 30 and 33. We work longish hours but also like to chill out together at home. This is a social house-share and ideally we are looking for like-minded working professionals who like to spend time together as a house but also have their own circle of friends outside of the house.

We're in a great location, within walking distance of two tube stations as well as very close to Holloway Road and Upper Street with plenty of bars and restaurants.

Rent is £1060 per month, and bills are £130 per month.
