I Recently bought and refurbished a lovely 3-bedroom flat in Highbury-Islington, very close to Canonbury overground.
Decided to go back to University in Sweden for at least 2 years (I'm in my late forties!). Creative writing, yes I know, very few people manage to make a living as an author, that's why I'm renting out my flat.

You will share one bathroom and one separate toilet, one kitchen and a separate dining/living/TV room with 2 professional women, although one of them is moving out soon in case you know someone who are interested. My bedroom is the nicest one in my opinion, it has a brand new super king dream foam mattress medium to firm. Heaps of storage in 2 double wardrobes.

All windows are double glazed and a new security door is installed. There is everything you need in a home including duvet, pillows, bed linen and towels. The kitchen is very well equipped including cookeries, china, dishwasher and washing machine and there is a common room with a big table, sofa and new smart TV with all Virgin media channels. You are very welcome to bring guests and have your partner staying over night as long as you are quiet and show consideration for your flat mates. There is a shed for cycles and garden furniture.
We have 5G Virgin Media Wifi

There is a lovely garden from which we all have been self-sufficient of salad, mint, basilica, sage and oregano since July, and broccoli sprouts and parsnip since mid August.

The rent of 900 includes everything: electricity, tax, gas, water, heating and super fast wifi. Bed linen and towels are provided for free. 900 Deposit which will be refunded when moving out given room is clean and in good condition.
