We are three professionals looking for a sociable and friendly person to join our household!

The flat is on the first floor, it's very spacious with large shared living room and balcony, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and wide corridor.
The room comes furnished with a small double bed and mattress, shelves and built-in wardrobe. The room gets sun in the morning and is very warm in winter.

You will be living with Elena, Carlos and Zoe.
We all work full time, usually on a 9-5 kind of schedule. We have different timetables but we love to catch up in the evening or during the weekend and have a meal together or just chill in the living room. We have been living together for quite some time and know each other well, therefore we would like a friendly person to fit in the group.

Rent is 525 pounds pcm with bills paid on top (bills add up to around 80-100 pounds depending on the season). Deposit is 750. We deal directly with the landlord, therefore there are no agency fees.

Transport links are amazing with a bus stop just outside our door. Bus takes you directly to Highbury & Islington station (Victoria line). Arsenal (Piccadilly line) is also within walking distance (10 mins usually). A 3-4 minute walk away we have multiple buses towards the City, London Bridge and Waterloo.
Plus the overground is at walking distance at Canonbury (approx. 10 mins).
