Two Double Rooms in lovely flat in Highbury.

The flat is located in leafy Highbury Barn, we have great amenities and shops nearby including an award winning butcher, fishmongers, Italian deli, La Fromagerie (Cheese shop), a traditional greengrocers, a pub (The Highbury Barn), a Turkish restaurant, traditional fish and chips, Chinese takeaway, pizza restaurant (Dear Pizza), Off-license, etc.

We are on the following bus routes: 19, 4, and 236.

We are a six minute walk to Arsenal (Piccadilly Line). A 10-12 minute walk to Highbury & Islington (Victoria Line, Overground and First Capital Connect (into Moorgate)

So the current flatmate:

Alistair, 35, Freelance Post Production Specialist in Advertising from London. With interests in sport, music and cooking. I keep the place clean and tidy and I'm considerate around other people

I am looking for a couple of similarly minded, laid back but also considerate and clean, able to share the responsibilities from recycling to hoovering.

So the rent is £675 and/or £650 per month, bills work out around £80 per month, the deposit it £380, there is also an Agency fee.
