Hi!

My amazing friend is leaving London to go travel the world so I am looking for a lovely new housemate to move into our home from 16th November 2019 – 15th March 2020.*

To give an idea of the set up, we are both professionals in our 30s and love music, travel, good food and wine. We are both very social but also enjoy our home space. I am really keen to continue this with a new housemate who wants to connect and make a new friend but who is also very independent with a full and varied life themselves.
We have both been so happy here so are ideally looking for someone to fill the one room who is respectful, tidy and generally nice to be around.

A little bit about me;-
I am Irish, mid 30’s and have lived in London for 13 years. I run a business in the city so my week involves work, gym and mid-week dinners with friends. Weekends are typically spent out and about, seeing friends, socialising and I often travel away. Personality wise, I am extroverted and love to connect with people so all my past housemates have become very close friends (I have been bridesmaid multiple times for past housemates so I must be ok to live with!! ;))That all said, I love to relax in our home with a good book or podcast and am really respectful of other people needing their own space and time to recharge.

The house is a beautiful spacious two bedroom semi-detached house in Islington. 5 minutes’ walk from Highbury & Islington Station, 5 minutes’ walk from Holloway road and 2 minutes’ walk from Drayton Park.
The house is fully furnished with speedy internet, all amenities, house plants and character.
It’s warm, homely and spread over 4 floors so ample space for 2 people with huge living room and kitchen with all mod-cons.

I have been here over a year and my friend was here for 3 years, the agents are amazing, responsive and so efficient and the landlord is a really nice guy;- not always easy things to find in London!

The Details;-
Rent is £925 per month and £200 for bills
Move in Date; - 16th November 2019
Move out Date; - 15th March 2020

PLEASE NOTE
I will be in the home until 15th March and then leaving to go travel the world myself so this is a 4 month lease.

However, if you love the house, you will have the option to speak to the agency about starting a new 12/24 month lease in the property. (Subject to references as a pair etc).
