Lovely double room available in our cosy flat in Highbury & Islington from 15th July!!
The flat is a lovely little 3 bedroom space with kitchen, bathroom and basement which is great for storage. We do also have a small outdoor area.
The flat is situated 2 minutes from Arsenal tube, and 15 minute walk from Finsbury Park and Highbury & Islington stations. Highbury fields is also less than a 10 minute walk, which is a perfect place to chill or exercise. ☺️
We also have a Tesco express a couple minutes down the road and bigger supermarkets 10 minutes away.
Flat mates are currently 2 females and 1 male all in our mid 20s. Open to both male and female flat mates ☺️ We are a happy, relaxed flat share and we like to keep the space clean and tidy. We enjoy chilling together over a bottle of wine, but are also very respectful of each others space.
