About the House:

The house is on a peaceful cul-de-sac with no traffic noise and has everything you need within minutes: Highbury Fields park, Highbury Barn - great local pubs and restaurants, shops, one of London’s best cheese shops, dry cleaners, and a post office etc. Highbury & Islington station is about a 7-minute walk through the park, and several bus lines to Central and North London stop just around the corner, a min away from the house.

About the Room:

A huge, light-filled 40 sqm space — perfect if you want room to work, relax, or do yoga. Fully furnished with a bed, two wardrobes, bookshelves, desk and office chair, 2‑seat leather sofa, and bedside tables.

The house is kept clean and tidy, with a cleaner visiting weekly for the communal areas.

There’s also free & secure space for your bike INSIDE the house.

We’re looking for a calm, considerate, and tidy housemate who values a relaxed home atmosphere.

Deposit: 5 weeks’ rent.
